All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Services & Warranty服務與保修
All installations are performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. Equipment carries the original manufacturer warranty. We back our workmanship for one year from the installation date for parts and labor we directly provided.所有安裝均按廠商規範及適用法規進行。設備享原廠保修。我們為直接提供的零件和工費自安裝日起提供一年工藝保固。
Rebate Filing補貼申請
When you authorize 1010 HVAC to file a government rebate on your behalf:當您授權 1010 HVAC 代您申請政府補貼時：

- Final rebate amounts are determined by the granting agency, not by 1010 HVAC.最終補助金額由發放機構決定，非由 1010 HVAC 決定。

Limitation of Liability責任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1010 HVAC's total liability for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
